Profile Plane Anti-Foam Fuel Tank Kit

One major complaint for Profile Plane flyers is that their fuel tanks foam up.  This is due to the rigid mounting of their fuel tanks to a fuselage.  This leads to air bubbles in your fuel lines and many times causes your engine to quit.  Seems like it always happens when you are hovering at 10' or less.

Most ARF's come with a couple zip ties and tell you to put some foam in there.  We have developed something to fix your foaming problems.

A Better mounting setup:
Our kit includes a nice heavy duty coated bungee cord that takes almost all of the vibration transfer from the fuselage to the tank.  The zip tie method directly transfers that vibration to the tank.

A Better Foam:
  1. Our kit uses a specially designed foam that is perfect for RC use.  It is extra thick and soft for a great cushion.  Over time it does not compress as much as standard RC white foam rubber.
  2. Foam is designed to resist oil products and is fire resistant.
  3. Foam has a closed cell design which prevents absorption of oil and fuel as opposed to RC white foam rubber which absorbs fuel.
  4. The foam is textured which helps grip the tank to the fuselage.
  5. Plenty of foam is included to allow you to change it out from year to year if needed.
