We currently offer shipping within the United States. International shipping can be arranged if you contact us through our contact form before placing an order.

Delivery dates are approximate and are not guranteed by Outlaw Hobby Products or the shipper. Delivery dates are determined on week days and do not include weekends, holidays, or inclement weather delays.

FREE Shipping:
Outlaw Hobby Products is happy to offer FREE Ground shipping on orders over $149.99.

Qualifying Orders:

  • Total purchase of over $149.99 required prior to taxes and shipping charges
  • Can be shipped only to US States, Puerto Rico, APO, or FPO
  • Does not include Oversize charges for shipments such as large aircraft
  • Package will ship via US Postal Service Priority Package most likely. OHP has the right to change shipping methods if needed.

CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Outlaw Hobby Products ships all over the world! All payments must be in the form of US Currency. In most cases we offer International Air or UPS Worldwide SaverSM. UPS Worldwide Saver is recommended for quick delivery and includes tracking. Most airplane kits too large to ship via USPS International may be shipped via UPS. Under no circumstances will we falsify invoices or shipping labels. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding possible fees should be directed to your local authorities. Refused packages will affect your return credit. See Credits and Balance dues. While we do ship to most international destinations, we are unable to serve some countries at this time due to US law or credit card security reasons.

Countries Not Served by Outlaw Hobby Products:
Orders intended to ship to Afghanistan, Benin, Brunei, Comoros, Cuba, Falkland Islands, Ghana, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, or Syria are not accepted by Outlaw Hobby Products.  

Please note that some manufacturers will not honor warranty claims for customers outside of the USA and Canada. All electronic equipment designed for A/C operation is 110VAC unless specifically noted. All 2-stick radios sold by Outlaw Hobby Products are mode 2 (US standard with the elevator/aileron on the right and rudder/throttle on the left) unless specifically noted otherwise. Many recent Futaba programmable transmitters can be programmed for mode 1 or mode 2 by the customer.

APO AND FPO ADDRESSES

When requesting orders to ship to an APO or FPO address, your package will ship US Postal Priority Mail. Your APO or FPO station may choose to send your package via a commercial carrier. Outlaw Hobby Products has no control over this, however we are obligated to comply with all rules and regulations governing commercial shipping. Therefore, we are not able to ship flammable items such as fuel or batteries.

OTHER SHIPPING POLICIES

Outlaw Hobby Products uses a variety of shipment carriers. Once the package is successfully delivered, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. When using a forwarding company, we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise after the forwarding company has accepted delivery. The forwarding company must report shipping damage for a claim to be filed. We are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. Export documentation will not be provided. Know who you are receiving a package for or forwarding a package to! If you accept a package that was purchased with a fraudulent credit card, you will be in possession of stolen merchandise. You may be responsible for any legal or collection action related to the shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

OVERSIZE FEES

Items which are considered "oversize" should be noted on the website. Oversize fees range from $13.50 to $100.00. Exact charge will be noted at checkout. Oversize packages will not ship 2 Day, Overnight or Saturday Delivery. Oversize packages cannot be combined with other packages, therefore an additional shipping charge will be incurred for additional items on your order. For shipments outside of the contiguous 48 US States, please call for a shipping quote.

PayPal

For your convenience we offer PayPal as one of our payment options. As required by PayPal, we can only ship orders to PayPal verified addresses. All orders above $250 may require a signature upon delivery.

Per PayPal Policy, all refunds must be processed within 60 days of the initial transaction. We can not refund any PayPal transaction after that time.

Shipping Times

Every in stock order we receive by 11:00 AM. (EST) Monday - Friday ships out the very same day. Order processing may be delayed by any incorrect or incomplete information provided by you or your payment provider. Delays due to payment processing are not the responsibility of Outlaw Hobby Products.

Standard shipping in the continental United States is ground delivery via USPS.

Shipment Arrivals

Time in transit is not guaranteed. Most carriers are closed for national holidays and not held responsible for delays dues to weather conditions or natural disasters. Your order acknowledgement includes a tracking number for all UPS and USPS shipments. Accurate tracking is not available until 1 business day before the expected arrival. Outlaw Hobby Products and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. We cannot demand a shipment carrier to leave a package.

RETURNING MERCHANDISE

We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. All defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty (a copy of which can be obtained upon customer request) and they will handle any problems for you directly.

ALL products sold by OHP are warranted through the manufacturer, not through OHP. The preferred method of exchange is for you to contact the manufacturer to be sure that you have set up the product properly and that it is really defective. If the manufacturer decides that the product is defective, usually the manufacturer will pay for the shipping of the defective product back to them and they will pay for the shipping of a replacement product to you. If you decide to ship the product to OHP instead, we can be the intermediary, though you must pay for shipping to OHP, and pay for shipping from OHP to the manufacturer. This will also take much more time to be resolved. You will receive the product replaced or repaired from the manufacturer. If you need the part replaced right away, you must contact the manufacturer and work something out with them. OHP can sell you a new part and ship it right away, but we must charge you for the part and shipping, and we cannot give a refund on the returned part. OHP does not offer refunds on malfunctioning parts.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item has a minor blemish that does not compromise its function and can be easily repaired by you, please contact us. We might offer you a small store credit for a future purchase if you keep the item and repair it yourself. If you decide not to accept this offer, you can return the part to us at your expense.

Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage it's possible that in rare cases, damages may occur during shipment.
Please inform us of any items damaged during shipping within 7 days of receipt. After this period we will not offer exchanges or refunds. Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

Large planes shipped via Freight companies have different insurance policies than UPS or FedEx. If your plane is being shipped via freight company because of its size we ask that the customer, or a responsible adult be present at time of delivery to open the box. Before signing for the shipment inspect the carton and contents. Should you notice any damage, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Freight Bill of Lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the lading that there appears to be some damage to the contents and that you were not able to inspect the contents before signing. You then have 24 hours to initiate a damage claim with us.

OTHER RETURNS

We will accept merchandise in good condition purchased from OHP for return within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns after 90 days from purchase date. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. Qualified returns are those in new and unused condition and in their original packaging. Mounting a model engine, installing radio parts, or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to OHP in any way. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise. OHP will only pay for return cost if it is determined that the item shipped is not what the customer ordered.

If you are returning an item for any reason, if possible please put the item in the original box and include all the packaging material. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number before shipping merchandise back to us. Ship via UPS or Post Office INSURED. We will not be responsible for any cost incurred by you to return such item to us. If we don't receive your returned item or if it gets damaged on the way to us we will not give you a refund or exchange! Please enclose the original receipt with the RMA number you obtained and a note explaining what you would like us to do (credit, exchange, refund). If you don't enclose the receipt we can't verify that you bought that item from us and in many cases we don't even know who is shipping back something if you don't provide us with that information.

Any customer purchasing a product from OHP can return the item in unused condition within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. This policy applies to List Price purchases only. All other purchases to be negotiated separately.

RETURNS OF Outlaw Hobby Products Branded Merchandise

Should you find a defect in one of our products, or have an item that requires repair, please address your return to the address below. We request that you not include orders for Outlaw Hobby Products with them. If you expect that the repair costs will be covered under warranty, you MUST provide the required proof-of-purchase-in most cases, your Outlaw Hobby Products invoice, or a photocopy. In the event that there may be charges not covered by warranty, be sure to indicate the method of payment you prefer. All warranty items sent to us will, at our option, either be repaired or replaced. Repairs and questions can be addressed to:
