CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Outlaw Hobby Products accepts American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard as payment on orders. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime phone numbers. If the billing address or security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution or if authorization is not given for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. We cannot work out credit card problems with the financial institution; you must settle problems with them and reorder once the problem is resolved. Repeated attempts to authorize your credit card on the same order may result in an additional charge. We do not assume any responsibility for bank fees incurred by using a Debit Card for your purchase and/or return credit.
THIRD PARTY PAYMENT METHODS
When using a third party payment method such as PayPal®, you may be referred directly to them to resolve issues with your payment account. We reserve the right to only ship product to confirmed addresses.
PERSONAL CHECK POLICY
While we attempt to bank-approve personal checks for immediate shipment, this may not always be possible and we may hold your order for 10+ business days. To ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible, please send a Postal money order, or use your credit card. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.
PARENTAL VERIFICATION OF ORDERS
Unestablished customers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to verify any order placed.
STOPPED HERE CHARGE BACKS
When merchandise is purchased with a promotional discount based on the overall amount of the order, the discount may no longer apply once merchandise is returned. The result will be a charge back for the promotional discount. This can affect the credit given or be placed on your Outlaw Hobby Products account as a balance due. If you have questions regarding the effect of your discount on your return, please contact us to inquire.
YOUR OUTLAW HOBBY PRODUCTS USERNAME
Your customer username must be used to login to your online account. Please use the same username whenever you contact us. If you know you have created multiple usernames, please let us know. We will be happy to correct it.
BACKORDERS
We backorder out-of-stock merchandise whenever possible unless you specify that you do not want an item backordered. Certain sale merchandise, products with uncertain availability, and discontinued items may not be backordered. We will not charge you shipping twice for orders containing backorders. Outlaw Hobby Products is unable to add products to backorder. Backorders shipped to international addresses or via “Express” shipping methods, will incur special shipping charges with each shipment. We will only ship back orders via an "express" ship method at the customer's request. We do not assume back orders are to ship express shipping when requesting express for in-stock merchandise. Backorders shipped at our expense will be shipped via the most economical shipper.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RECENTLY PLACED ORDERS
Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, we usually are unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is placed. You may check on the status of recently placed orders on our web site by Logging In to our website. Once your order invoices it has entered our shipping process and usually cannot be changed or canceled.
CREDITS AND BALANCE DUES
Some pre-approved returns that fall outside of policy may be limited to merchandise credit only. We cannot give credits for merchandise unless we have proof of receipt. Any charges Outlaw Hobby Products incurs as a result of a refused shipment, will be adjusted from the return credit. Credits can be assigned by use of coupons or reward points.
Any credits left on your account with us (with the exception of orders paid for by PayPal®) can be used toward a future order. If the order was paid by credit card, we will credit your credit card account. We will only credit the original credit card used on the order. If you no longer have that credit card, you will need to contact the issuing bank to work out arrangements. We will mail you a check if you paid by check or money order. Paypal refunds will be given for paypal payments. We will refund the exact amount we owe you. We will not pay any paypal fees you might need to pay to withdraw or accept the money in your paypal account.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
If you wish to obtain a warranty for a product sold by Outlaw Hobby Products, you may contact the manufacturer directly (usually listed after the "Tech Notes" on the product's detail page) or send an e-mail request to us through our contact page. If you e-mail us for the warranty, please specify the product's Outlaw Hobby Products stock number (located near the price), as well as the street address or FAX number to which we should send or FAX the warranty.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation of a radio-controlled model. In most cases it is very difficult or impossible to determine whether crash damage was actually due to radio equipment failure or to operator error. Also, we cannot be held responsible for any purchased components that are incorporated into radio systems or problems caused by incompatibility between radio components, parts, etc.
It is impossible to guarantee product compatibility for product recommendations. We provide information and suggestions to the best of our abilities based on the information available to us at the time. We are unable to guarantee successful outcomes.
All of the products we sell are intended for retail consumption by our customers and are not intended for resale. We reserve the right not to sell to resellers. Any consequences arising out of the resale of merchandise purchased from Outlaw Hobby Products is the responsibility of the seller, not Outlaw Hobby Products. Outlaw Hobby Products may revoke the ordering privileges of customers commercially reselling our products.
We reserve the right to limit quantities and discounts. Also, please note that most items we offer are intended for use in the USA. International radio frequency and electric current requirements are the responsibility of the buyer. Outlaw Hobby Products cannot provide CE certification documentation.
Model airplane performance claims typically apply to density altitudes under 3,000 feet above sea level. If you will be flying your airplane above this, additional considerations such as motor power, choice of propeller and aircraft weight should be taken into consideration.

PRICE AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices, pictures and descriptions on this site and all other Outlaw Hobby Products publications are subject to change. Outlaw Hobby Products maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. In the event of typographical errors on our site or in our publications, Outlaw Hobby Products reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at its sole discretion. Please contact us within 30 days regarding price or promotion discrepancies.
